Privacy Statement applies to the Power BI Custom visual published by Traqplan Limited via Microsoft AppSource, Microsoft commercial marketplace, or any other means.

This policy on privacy apply to the data processed by Custom Visuals.

Your use of the Custom Visuals is subject to the term and conditions of this Policy. Please read this Policy before using Custom Visuals.

1. Service Description

Traqplan provides the following PowerBI custom visuals which are available for the customer to procure.

1. Traqplan Timeline and Roadmaps Pro: This is the standard timeline and roadmap Power BI visual which presents Microsoft Project Information as a plan on a page format.
2. Traqplan Timeline and Roadmaps: This PowerBI Visual offers the newest features being developed and tested prior to certification and rollout to the standard offering.

2. Use of Data

Custom Visuals provided by Traqplan Limited use information that is provided through Microsoft Power BI platform and/or application to convert it into visual representation. Custom Visuals are not storing, sending and/or reusing your Data for any other purpose than rendering the interactive visualizations in your Microsoft Power BI instance.

3. Data transferred/shared with others

Your data is never transferred/shared with other parties by our Custom Visual

4. Storage and Protection of Personal information

At any time, Custom Visuals do not collect any personal information and do not store it.

5. General terms and conditions

You are liable for the appropriate use of Custom Visuals.

All copyrights in or to the Custom Visual or part of them are owned by Traqplan Limited.

If any provision of the Policy is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and such invalid or unenforceable provisions or portion thereof will be deemed omitted.

6. Changes to this Privacy Statement

We will occasionally update this privacy statement to reflect customer feedback and changes in our Services. When we post changes to this statement, we will revise the 'last updated' date at the top of the statement.
